• WHAT IF AN ITEM I ORDERED IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item you purchased is out of stock or missing upon delivery, you will receive a message as to whether or not the item is temporarily or permanently out of stock. 

If an item is permanently out of stock, you will have the option to be credited with a coupon or issued a refund for the out of stock item.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, there are two options: 1. You can request to be issued a free shipping coupon to be able to place an order and specify in the notes to be delivered with the out of stock item’s redelivery. 2. You can request to be credited with a coupon or issued a refund for the out of stock item.

• WHY HAS THE PRICE ON CERTAIN ITEMS CHANGED?

Our pricing model follows the USDA average. We purchase on a weekly basis to maintain the freshest possible inventory. But, in maintaining such a fresh inventory, we are quickly affected by both increases and decreases in prices from our vendors.

• WHAT ARE YOUR SAFETY PROTOCOLS?

All food is handled under strict USDA guidelines, and our facility is inspected daily. 

• HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT MY DELIVERY?

We utilize an SMS delivery notification system to keep you up to date on your delivery. You will receive updates via the phone number that was provided at checkout. If you do not wish to receive SMS updates, you may opt out at any time via text.

All dry age or bone in products should be consumed within 48 hours. Do NOT freeze these products.
